We’ve redesigned the overall look and feel of the product. Everything feels cleaner, easier to move around in, and more intuitive. While the layout looks new, all core functionality remains the same, and you can find everything you need in the new collapsable navigation on the left or in the drop-down organisation selection in the upper menu bar.

Every AssessioAI profile now includes Big Five sub-scale data—30 new data points that add a whole new level of depth to every profile. We have kept in mind people who want to dig deeper into specific data points and people who prefer a high-level overview.

Under the “Show details” pop-up you can read more about any team or individual preferences related to that specific trait, or you can drill deeper into each subscale measurement.

WisGPT is now insightful on an entirely new level. By drawing on the new extra data, and thanks to extensive development by our AI experts, it now provides sharper conclusions, connects different data points, offers more relevant explanations, and gives personalised, science-backed advice for real-world people challenges.

This is a big shift. You’ll now work with Projects, which give you much greater flexibility in structuring your hiring and evaluation processes. The all-new Scorecard Builder makes it simple to tailor assessments and evaluations to each role.

This new space connects the dots across assessments, performance data, and more. It helps you make sense of different talent signals and turn them into concrete, actionable decisions.

First and foremost, this update gives you more data, better features, and greater flexibility. Profiles are richer and clearer, WisGPT is sharper, and you’ll have new tools like Projects and the AI Assessment Center to support you in making confident decisions.
