AssessioAI’s Projects feature is where all your hiring, leadership, and assessment initiatives live. It’s designed to help you structure evaluations, collaborate with your team, and generate deep insights with the support of our AI assistant.
1. Accessing the Projects Hub
The Projects Hub is your starting point. You can find it under the left navigation bar.
In the first view, you’ll find:
An overview of all your current and past projects.
A search bar to quickly find the project you need.
The option to create a new one by clicking “Hiring Project”.
2. Creating a New Project
When you click Hiring Project, a simple dialog appears. Here’s what to do:
Enter a Project Title (e.g., “CFO Search”, “Leadership Assessment 2025”).
Hit Continue to start building.
💡 Best practice: Use clear, descriptive titles—this makes finding the projects smoother later.
3. Setting Up the Scorecard
The Scorecard is the backbone of your project—it defines what “success” looks like for the role or assessment.
Options for setup:
Start from a template: Use one from the AssessioAI library as a base to save time.
Build from scratch: Set up the evaluation process from scratch.
Adding Evaluation Modules
Click Add New to build modules tailored to your needs:
Evaluation Criteria
Use this module to define the key requirements or custom criteria you want to evaluate. Examples include role-specific requirements (e.g., “Proven track record in private equity”) or custom criteria like competencies from your organisation’s leadership framework.
👉 Use the Description box to clarify what you’re assessing. The more detail you provide, the smarter and more precise AssessioAI becomes in assisting your evaluations.
What to include in a strong description:
Specific expertise: “Demonstrated understanding of the private equity landscape with hands-on experience working with PE investors.”
Behavioural questions: “Describe a situation where you managed investor expectations during a challenging financial period.”
What to look for: Candidates should show strategies for navigating rapid transformation, managing investor confidence, and demonstrating knowledge of PE structures.
Mapping Leadership Competencies
Drag-and-drop from AssessioAI’s predefined leadership competencies.
We recommend to choose 3–9 for balance: enough to be accurate, but focused enough to avoid noise.
Rank them by importance to reflect what truly drives success in the role.
Benchmarking with Teams
If you want to compare candidates with an existing team:
Select the Team Benchmark module.
Link the relevant team to see strengths, gaps, and cultural fit.
💡 Insight: Benchmarking helps you not only find the right candidate but also understand how they’ll complement your current team.
4. Project Overview
The Project Overview tab gives you and your collaborators a complete picture:
Project Name & Client Name (for easy identification).
Position Description (what the role is about and why it matters).
Attachments: Upload documents such as role descriptions, org charts, or strategy decks. These help WisGPT provide richer context.
Candidate List: Track all participants added to this project.
Collaborators: Invite hiring managers, HR partners, or other stakeholders to contribute directly.
✨ Pro tip: The more context you provide here, the more powerful your AI-driven insights become.
5. Adding & Managing Candidates
Candidates live in the Assessments view. Here’s how to add and manage them:
Click the Add Candidates button (top-right).
Send invitations by email.
As candidates complete assessments, you’ll be able to move them manually through stages:
Longlist
Awaiting Data
Ready to Evaluate
Compare
You’ll always have a clear view of where each candidate is in the process.
6. Next Steps & Insights
Once your project is set up, you can:
View and analyse candidate profiles.
Evaluate candidates against the Scorecard.
Use WisGPT to generate tailored insights from the data—helping you make fairer, faster, and more informed decisions.
