What are Scorecards?
Position Templates are pre-filled hiring templates to kick-start your hiring with Wisnio.
Like any open position, Scorecards include pre-filled key objectives, position requirements, and competencies needed to succeed in the role.
To start with, Wisnio will have a small number of scorecards. Users can create their scorecards from scratch or use any open position (that you're hiring) and turn it into a scorecard.
NB: Similar to opening a new position, scorecards are available to administrators only.
Accessing Hiring Scorecards
You can access the Scorecards from the templates tab using left-sided navigation.
Create a new position using a scorecard
(1) You can choose between scorecards created by Wisnio or use your workspace templates if there are any.
(2) You can filter the templates based on categories.
(3) Click on a template you want to use and choose "Use the template."
(4) After you have chosen the scorecard, you can click on edit position and cutomise all the criteria. The pre-filled information is just a starting point, you can add, edit or delete any criteria.
Creating a new Scorecard
Scorecards can be created from any Position under your workspace.
Option 1: Save an open position as a scorecard.
Open the Position you want to convert into a Scorecard. Click on the three dots at the top right and choose "Save as template."
Option 2: Create a scorecard directly.
Go to the Scorecard feature and choose "create a new scorecard" from the top right corner. Proceed with filling in all the information.
